PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC HOSPITAL PROCUREMENT AND COMPLIANCE WITH COMPETITION LAW IN GREECE.

Our firm participated, together with cooperating law firms of Romania and Bulgaria, in the co-organization of a training Webinar, on the subject of compliance with the rules of Competition Law, for executives and employees of a Greek multinational company, supplier of surgical products and medical devices, when participating in tendering procedures for Hospital Supplies and Public Procurement. On behalf of our firm, participated our Managing Partner Dr. Haris Meidanis, together with the Associate Attorney Mr. Efstathios Kolovaris.
