Haris P. Meidanis
Haris P. Meidanis is member of the Athens Bar (1995). He is fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and member of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. He is also a certified mediator, Member of the ICC in Greece and of the Institute of World Business Law of the ICC.
Studies
He has studied at the University of Athens Law School (1993), at the University of London (Queen Mary – LL.M.1996) and holds a Ph.D. in Private International Law from the Department of International and European Studies of Panteion University of Athens (2003). He is member of the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP) and alt. member of the Board of Mediation of the Athens Arbitration and Mediation Centre (EODID).
Fields of Expertise
His primary fields of expertise (contentious and are non-contentious) are: (a) business and commercial law (b) private international law and law of international business transactions (c) arbitration and mediation and (d) law of energy.
He has extensive experience in international sales, distribution, agency and franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, various other types of commercial law agreements and disputes and contracts of international transport and international trade related disputes. He has conducted due diligence of companies and has extensive experience in investment legislation.
He is regularly participating in arbitrations and mediations as arbitrator/mediator and/or counsel/advocate. He also possesses considerable litigation experience.
Work and Academic Experience
Haris Meidanis has worked in an international law firm in London as a foreign lawyer as well as in leading Athens and Piraeus Law offices, always with emphasis on business law and international transactions.
He has taught Private International Law of the EU and Law of International Transactions at Master classes of the Department of International and European Studies of Panteion University for a number of years. He has also instructed Private International Law of the EU at EIPA in Luxembourg and Private International Law of non-contractual obligations to Ph.D students at Bilkent University in Ankara, Law of International Transactions and Private International Law at the Law School of the University of Athens (at undergraduate and post graduate level). Currently he is teaching mediation and arbitration at a post graduate level at the Economic University of Athens.
He has worked as legal counsel at the Ministry of Economy (2007-2009) and at the Ministry of Development (2005-2007), where he worked extensively in law drafting.
He has published over 55 academic articles on Private International Law, Law of International Transactions, Arbitration and Mediation and Comparative Law. He has also participated in a number of collective works in the above disciplines. His Ph.D thesis under the title “Ordre Public/ Public Policy in the EC Private International Law” was published by Ant. Sakkoulas in Athens in 2004, in Greek. He has also written the e-book “Mediation, International and Comparative aspects” (published in Greek by Nomiki Vivliothiki, 2020).

Theodore D. Seremetakis
Theodor D. Seremetakis has been member of the Athens Bar Association since 1991.
Studies
He has graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1989) and from the University of Hannover (1989-1990), where he studied on a scholarship by the State Scholarships Foundation/IKY (European Program “MAGISTER LEGUM EUROPAE”).
He is also holder of a Postgraduate Degree of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law and Labor Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Fields of Expertise
He has an extensive litigation experience in cases of banking law, capital markets law, negotiable instruments law, commercial contracts and corporate law. He also has first line expertise in the field of the recovery of contingent claims, with a further specialisation in enforcement of judgments due to his long cooperation with a well-known systemic commercial bank. Finally, he has considerable experience in n liquidation of insurance companies, in bankruptcy law and social security law. He also has considerable expertise in the law of energy, both contentious and non-contentious, with emphasis on energy regulation and civil claims.

Eleana D. Iliopoulou
Eleana D. Iliopoulou is graduate of the Department of Archival, Library and Information Studies of the University of West Attica (2022) and she is currently student of the “Certified Paralegal Program” for legal professionals of Nomiki Bibliothiki.
She has worked as librarian in the library of the Athens Bar Association and as office worker in a law firm.
She speaks and writes fluently Greek and English.
MINDAUGAS VAICIUNAS
Mindaugas Vaiciunas is a member of Lithuanian Bar Association (advokatas) (2009) and is registered in the List of Mediators of Lithuania (2014).

He is a holder of Master of Law degree from Vilnius University Faculty of Law (Lithuania, 2004).

Mindaugas Vaiciunas specializes in private international and cross border family life, estate planning and succession law related situations. Irini I. Tsagkaraki
Irini I. Tsagkaraki is a lawyer specializing in white collar crime cases. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and the Compliance Association of Greece (SEKASE).
She was recently awarded the Konstantinos Tsirimokos Prize by the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association for “the capacity and ethics by criminal law practice and the contribution to criminal law”.

She holds a Law degree (LL.B., Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, 2005) and a Master’s degree in German Law (LL.M., Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich, 2007). She has extensive experience in business crime, as she has handled many cases of fraud, money laundering, breach of trust, embezzlement, corruption, capital law offences and tax offences. She often represents executives and delivers legal advice in corporate compliance and criminal liability issues. She also has extended experience in European arrest warrant cases.
Academic experience and publications
Since 2020 she is a Visiting Academic at the Faculty of Law of Neapolis University Pafos, for the “Master (MA) in Financial Crime and Criminal Justice” as well as other distance learning master programs of the University.
She has published monographs as well as articles in legal journals in Greece and Germany and she has participated as a speaker on topics of criminal law and criminal proceedings in conferences, educational programs and webinars.

Constantine A. Siakoulis
Constantine A. Siakoulis is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1994 and a Legal Advisor at the Department of Commercial Registry (GEMI) of Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI). He is also a Mediator, certified by the Ministry of Justice -Transparency and Human Rights and by the Dutch organization Toolkit Company since 2014.

Apostolos Anthimos is member at Thessalonikis Bar Association (1998).

He graduated from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki (1993), and holds a Ph.D. in International Civil Litigation (2002), and two Masters of Laws from the University of Thessaloniki (1997) and Hanover, Germany (1994).

He published four monographs on Civil Procedure and International Civil Litigation issues; he has various publications in Greek, German, Swiss, English and Spanish law reviews and magazines, on topics related to International litigation, Arbitration and Dispute resolution, Commercial law and Civil Procedure. He is a Panelist at the Czech Arbitration Court [.eu ADR] since 2006; an editor for Civil Procedure in the Thessaloniki Bar Review “Armenopoulos”, and for IT Law in the Greek law magazine “Synigoros”. He is teaching Civil Procedure at the European University of Cyprus (Department of Greek law), and has been a lecturer for Civil Law and Torts at the Thracian Law Faculty (2003-2004) and a lecturer teaching the law on Mediation at the International Hellenic University (2013); he was the secretary of the committee for the reform of the Greek Code for Civil Procedure (2010). Finally, he has been acting as a legal expert on a number of Technical Assistance Projects related to EC / International Law and institution building in Bulgaria, the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia, the Slovak Republic, Turkey, Cyprus, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Vietnam, West Bank, Turkmenistan, Kosovo and Ethiopia.
