Participation of H. Meidanis as Arbitrator at Athens Vis Pre-moot.

Once again, Haris Meidanis, participated as Arbitrator in Athens Vis Pre-moot competition. Congratulations both to participants and organizers, for the perfect prosecution of the competition. Athens Vis Pre-moot is a competition for Arbitration, as the “Willem C. Vis Moot Court Competition”, where universities around the world, are prepared for the final rounds of the competition, based in Hong Kong and Vienna. The case for this year’s competition included a number of interesting issues, both procedural and substantive, that have arisen in the field of international commercial arbitration due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
