Arbitration at the Forefront of Contemporary Dispute Resolution

Dr Haris Meidanis(tag) participated as a speaker in the Arbitration panel at the conference “The Next Day of Legal Culture: Judicial Mediation, Mediation, Arbitration and the Era of Consensus,” held on 18 September 2026 at the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The panel explored the evolving role of arbitration in contemporary dispute resolution, addressing recent developments and emerging perspectives on the use of arbitration in the modern legal and business environment, with emphasis on the new draft bill on arbitration, mediation and judicial mediation

The exchange of views and expertise with leading practitioners in the field underscored the importance of meaningful dialogue in shaping the future of dispute resolution.
