International succession case 

Our law firm is handling an international succession case related to another EU member state, in cooperation with a local lawyer. The case incudes among others, the question of applicable law in succession and of legalisation of the heirs of the diseased. In the same context, we are coordinating the necessary actions for the due handling of the case in the two countries, esp. in relation to the cross border enforcement of a potential court judgment.
