ARBITRATION AND SMALL SUBJECT MATTER DISPUTES
On April 2, 2025, Dr Haris Meidanis FCIArb, Attorney-at-Law and Managing Partner of Law Firm of Meidanis, Seremetakis & Associates, participated as a speaker at the EODID event under the title “Arbitration & Small Subject Disputes”, which took place in the Haris Karatzas Hall of the NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI. The discussion focused on the value and practical application of arbitration as a fast, efficient and fair solution for small amount disputes, which offers a substantial alternative to the delays of the judicial route.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Ioannis Tentes, Honorary Prosecutor of the Supreme Court. Together with Dr Sotiris Debegiotis (Lambadarios Law Firm), Ms Claire Sergaki (Dryllerakis Law Firm) and Ms Katerina Adamidou (EODID), they highlighted institutional arbitration as a tool for resolving small value disputes, with emphasis on speed, reduced costs and flexibility of the process.
