New judgment (653/2014 One Member First Instance Court of Patras) – Unfair competition – termination of distribution agreement – provisional measures by the distributor in order for the producer to stop competitive acts.
Our office has won in an important recent case, under which a provisional measure petition against our client (producer) following a termination of a multiannual distribution contract was rejected. The claimant/ distributor pleaded without success that the termination of the contract was illegal and void as well as that our client/producer had embarked into unfair competition acts which should stop.
