New publication
A case commentary (89/2019 Mytilene Court of First Instance) by Haris Meidanis has been published with vol 6 2019 of the Greek Law Review “Law of entrepises and companies”. The case and the commentary deal with questions of private international law (jurisdcition and applicable law) in hotel contracts.
