Constantine A. Siakoulis is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1994 and a Legal Advisor at the Department of Commercial Registry (GEMI) of Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI). He is also a Mediator, certified by the Ministry of Justice -Transparency and Human Rights and by the Dutch organization Toolkit Company since 2014.
Studies
He has studied at the National & Kapodestrian University of Athens (1991) and the University of Herfordshire, LL.M in E-Commerce & Maritime Law.
Work Experience
He is experienced in Preventive control of commercial legal entities’ entries into the General Commercial Registry (GEMI). Examination of trade names & titles before registration into the GEMI business names index. He works as Legal advisor to entrepreneurs-members of ACCI, on issues concerning corporate law, electronic commerce law, commercial & intellectual property, contracts, etc. He deals with the practice of Law as an attorney in commercial, administrative and labour cases.
Seminars
He has participated in specialised seminars in Greece and abroad, mostly concerning Commercial and European Law.
He is also a member of the Board and a special secretary of the “House of Europe-Byron” a non-governmental organization aiming at providing information on European issues.
He speaks and writes in Greek (native) English and French.
