Anna I. Gkogka is a member of the Athens Bar Association. She joined the firm in April 2026 as Counsel.

Studies

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Democritus University of Thrace (2013), an LL.M. in European and International Economic Law from Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich (2016), and an MSc in Business for Lawyers from ALBA Graduate Business School, Athens (2022).

Fields of Expertise

Anna specialises in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and cross-border commercial matters. She has advised on numerous multimillion landmark M&A transactions and complex corporate restructuring projects, including privatisations, and has advised high-profile clients, private equity funds and start-up companies on transactional and day-to-day business matters.

Work Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Anna worked as Senior Associate at a leading Greek law firm (2019–2026), as Legal Advisor at Technopolis Group in Brussels (2016–2019), where she evaluated European legislation on behalf of the European Commission, and as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission (2016).
