New judgment on a medical devices tender organised by a state hospital

Our law firm secured a positive judgment of the Court of Auditors in relation to a tender process for the provision of medical devices organised by a state hospital for over 1 m euros. The relevant petition was declared admitted by the Court of Auditors and the relevant contract was signed between the hospital in question and our client-bidder.
