Giorgos B. Tenediotis is a member of the Athens Bar (1992) and also a member of the Accosiation of Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Studies

He has studied at the University of Athens Law School (1990), and holds an LL.M. International European and Commerial Law at the Univercity of Kent (1993) and an MSc in Business for Lawyers at the ALBA Graduate Business School in Athens (2005).

Giorgos Tenediotis is a seasoned legal counsel, business-oriented and collaborative legal executive leader with more than 25 years of experience, in a Greek based multinational Company, providing key legal support to executive teams across all lines of business and functions, as well as leading and growing global and diverse legal teams. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, he has experience in global cross border complex commercial transactions, in compliance (in all departments and functions) of a modern multinational company, including corporate governance and compliance to the Athens Stock Exchange authority.

He has vast experience in drafting and negotiating cross border distribution, supply and shareholders’ agreements, as well as marketing, trademark licensing, international sales and others. He has participated as Chief Legal Officer in almost all stages and procedures in the life cycle of a sucessful commercial company including set up, maintainance, due dilligence, public listing, acquisition and delisting. 

Work Experience

Giorgos Tenediotis has been working since 1998 initially as external Counsel and later as General Counsel and BoD member of an Athens based cosmetics company with strong international presence. He has also been advising one of the biggest companies acting as distributors of wine and spirits in Greece and Cyprus.
